2008 Fall Tournament Entry Form -
All teams entering the tournament must complete the entry form. The fee
for entering the tournament is $550.00. (Reminder: This is an invitational
Tournament - Only teams that have been accepted into the tournament must
complete the forms - do not send a form and check if you
have not been accepted into the tournament). Please complete the form and

Player Roster Form - All teams entering
must complete the player profile form. The form is in a
Microsoft Excel file. Please save the form to your computer, complete, and
send as an attachment via email to:
teamnjsoftball@yahoo.com . Type over the fields where the data belongs
- for example, where it says "Name&qquott; type in the players name.
College Coaches
