must complete the player profile form. The form is in a
Microsoft Excel file. Please save the form to your computer, complete, and
send as an attachment via email to:
teamnjsoftball@yahoo.com . Type over the fields where the data belongs
- for example, where it says "Name&quoot;; type in the players name.
