2010 Sun Classic Entry Form -
All teams entering the tournament must complete the entry form. The fee
for entering the tournament is $650.00 for a 5 game guarantee or $790.00 for a 7
game guarantee. (Reminder: This is an invitational
Tournament - Only teams that have been accepted into the tournament must
